My first ginataang

I made ginataang for the first time! I don't know why, but I've been craving it lately. The comforting warmth of the hot coconut cream mixed with the soft, melty bilo-bilo and the crunch of the jakfruit... the list goes on.

I used Kawaling Pinoy's recipe, which was very easy to follow for a beginner like me. I had no idea it was so easy to make bilo-bilo... 
If I can be so bold, it was super delicious...
